The challenge that this outbreak represents for you, your family, friends and community is unlike anything any of us have experienced before. Collectively we find ourselves navigating the uncertainty, risk, and understandable anxiety. We take comfort in the knowledge that eventually-hopefully sooner rather than later-things will normalize.
In the meantime, as it relates to your treatment through Renew Youth, we have just a couple of things to keep in mind:
- We recognize that people are concerned about potential exposure to COVID-19. If you think you’ve been exposed or you are experiencing fever and respiratory symptoms, please call us if you have an in-person appointment coming up. It may be possible to conduct your appointment via telemedicine rather than in-person. Otherwise, we will check on rescheduling options.
- There have been some impacts on daily business activities that may not be readily anticipated. For example, we are experiencing some longer than usual turnaround times for medication orders due to staffing fluctuations at the pharmacies, as well as longer timeframes for shipping due to increased volumes within the shipping industry. As a result, there may be some minor delays when it comes to processing and shipping orders. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
